Noida-based Halonix Technologies Pvt Ltd is augmenting its service centre network across the country to provide on-time maintenance and replacement, among other after-sales services.
“The government agencies are undoubtedly promoting the usage of LEDs at a minimal cost and their efforts are also commendable. But due to a lack of proper after-sales services the customers are largely left disappointed. Providing cheaper LED lights is not an end in itself, unless trouble-free maintenance services can be provided to the customers,” says Rakesh Zutshi, the company’s managing director.
According to Zutshi, the company’s service centres will help in resolving complaints by repairing and replacing defective parts on a war footing, owing to its best engineers employed in them.
He stresses, “Unlike our peers, the company-owned service centres will also generate Analysis Report of defective parts which will be very helpful for our development team to avoid failures in the future and continuously improve product quality.” He affirms, “We are also the only OEM in the lighting industry that has an in-house company-owned service centre to satisfy our customers.”
The company, Zutshi informs, has service centers in Noida, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. “We will open service centers in major cities such as Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Jaipur, and Patna very soon. Our aim is to establish at least one service centre in each major city and at least one service centre in every state of India.”
