“Lapp not just sees a huge potential in this segment but also wants to be a trusted partner in cable and connection technology for clean and green energy,” company’s MD Marc Jarrault said.
Lapp India Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of the German integrated cable and connection technology parent Lapp Group, has showcased a lightweight cable SOLAR AL FLEX, a durable water-proof cable ÖLFLEX SOLAR XLR/XL WP, and hassle-free cable bushing system SKINTOP at the recently-concluded Renewable Energy India Expo in Greater Noida.
“OLAR AL FLEX is a lightweight, flexible aluminium cable with high price-performance; ÖLFLEX SOLAR XLR/XL WP is a waterproof cable that is durable and weather-resistant, and a safe alternative for use in areas which are prone to flooding or where cables are installed underground in protective conduits where water, heat and moisture can accumulate; and SKINTOP cable bushing system allows cables of different diameter sizes to be fitted into a single platform safely and in an orderly manner,” said Marc Jarrault, MD of the Bengaluru-based cable major.
In light of the country’s giant leap in the renewable energy sector, Jarrault added, “Lapp not just sees a huge potential in this segment but also wants to be a trusted partner in cable and connection technology for clean and green energy. We have over 10 years of expertise in the renewable industry and our products are globally certified and approved.”
