Real estate major Supertech Ltd on Tuesday said that all its projects have been registered under Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016, or RERA, and the group is committed to timely delivery of 15,000 units in FY 2017-18 across 50 locations, mostly in the NCR region.
Under RERA, developers have to get all their ongoing, under construction and new projects registered with relevant authorities.
“We have become fully compliant with all the new RERA rules and regulations. Compliance with RERA is an opportunity to revive buyers’ confidence and we want to capitalise on the opportunity,” said the company’s chairman RK Arora in a press statement. “Supertech has accelerated the pace of construction at sites with increased manpower and supply of raw material to ensure timely completion of projects. The company has good cash flow and will be able to meet all the required finances for construction.”
The company, he also informed, has recently got environment clearance for Sports City project in Greater Noida, scheduled to be launched near Diwali and completed in the next four years.
“The company has delivered more than 30,000 units across 40 million sft area of residential and commercial spaces. It has presence in Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Moradabad, Dehradun, Haridwar, Rudrapur, and Bengaluru.”
