The conference will shed light on intelligent lighting for smart cities, wireless lighting control, smart street lighting, and EESL national plan for street lighting.
Electric Lamp & Component Manufacturers’ Association of India (ELCOMA), in cooperation with IPCA, will organise a conference on ‘Smart Lighting for Smart Cities’ on August 4 at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi.
The conference will bring together experts, who will present papers on new technology and applications in intelligent lighting for smart cities, wireless lighting control, smart street lighting, and EESL national plan for street lighting.
Also, it will feature a panel discussion comprising Saurabh Kumar, managing director of EESL; Rakesh Zutshi, president of ELCOMA; Harshavardhan Chitale, vice chairman & managing director of Philips Lighting India Ltd; and Sunil Sikka, president of Havells India Ltd. While Kumar will deliver a special address, Meenakshi Lekhi, Member of Parliament, will give a keynote address at the conference. The event is supported by EESL.
